New Yorker Leandra Medine is one of the funniest and smartest fashion bloggers currently out there. Her blog The Man Repeller is about (as she puts it):
Outfitting oneself in a sartorially offensive way that will result in repelling members of the opposite sex. Such garments include but are not limited to harem pants, boyfriend jeans, overalls (see: human repelling), shoulder pads, full length jumpsuits, jewelry that resembles violent weaponry and clogs.’
And may I just add that I am clearly clueless on what repels men? Clogs and shoulder pads UNattractive? I mean..

Omdat we al die dikke lelijkerds op dating sites allemaal zó zat zijn, is er nu Mooie Mensen.com.

Sowieso is het nu natuurlijk al duidelijk dat mensen gewoon net die twee foto’s opsturen waar ze er nog enigszins apetijtelijk op uitzien (HA! je dacht dat ik niet afstotelijk zou zijn maar ik ben het stiekem lekker WEL!), zo komt deze meneer er ook nog wel op. En ik vraag me ook af wat er nou gebeurt als Fransje op maandag door de jury van MooieMensen.com wordt toegelaten en diezelfde Fransje vervolgens op dinsdag een verschrikkelijk ongeluk krijgt met een gehaktmolen/traktor/tram/pitbull terriër. Ik zie het in de gebruiksvoorwaarden niet staan in ieder geval.. Dus dan denk ik dat dat gewoon mag!!
